A historical relic brought back to life as a lodge. Renovated with each suite uniquely designed for a memorable experience. Group and single rates. The 3rd level Gathering room great for special events such as reunions, parties, dinners ect. Each space is unique and filled with a historical and industrial feel with a cozy cottage flare. Much of this building was renovated with local history intertwined in its decor, pulled from old barns and bought from local farms. This was originally constructed in 1919 as a flour mill which was never able to open its doors due to a flour mill opening close by at one cent cheaper. Later it became known as the Creamery, which is what the old timers here know it as. Many stories come from its years as a creamery which is why we chose to repaint the original name on the front of the building. There is much local pride in the very foundation of this old building which made it that much more rewarding to breath life back into this old relic. It truly is a one of a kind. There are 4 separate suites available. Our 1st floor suite has 3 bedrooms including a room with a queen under twin bunk, another room with a full under twin bunk and a room with a queen. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and serving, a living room area and a large shared bathroom. Our 2nd floor suite has 2 bedroom areas including a room with a full and the other room with twin bunks and a full bed. It has a smaller kitchen and living room area and a shared bathroom. We have a King room which is our only suite with out a kitchen. It has a king bed, mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Our 3rd Floor also called the Gathering Room is the largest of the suites. It is an open floor plan similar to a New York City loft. It has all the original brick walls and windows as well as beautiful maple flooring. There are twin bunks and 2 queens placed throughout this space. Large kitchen and serving bar which makes this a wonderful space to host large groups. Each floor is a separate price and can be rented separately although the levels can be combined for larger groups as well as a whole building rental. For hunting and fishing groups we are available for local information on hunting land and fishing access. We are located on the west end of Main Street with Northern Plains Gas Station across the street and everything you need within walking distance. There are 2 local parks and a public swimming pool in the summer. We have a a small transit if needed. There is ample Parking on the north and east side of the lodge as well as for trailers and boats. There is a small local grocery store that has limited hours, little restaurant, 2 bars, 2 banks, a weekday pharmacy, hospital and clinic, 2 gas stations, hardware store and lumber yard.
