The outdoor fire pit and bar area make it easy to gather in the evenings—roast marshmallows, share a drink, or just relax and take in the stillness of the countryside. 🌱 Room to Run & Play Just off the deck, you’ll find a huge fenced grassy lawn—a shared space that’s perfect for kids to burn off energy, or for adults to kick off a spontaneous game of frisbee, soccer, or tag. It’s like your own backyard park, just steps from the front door. 🍳 Farmhouse Kitchen & Local Bounty The fully equipped farmhouse kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. Pick up seasonal produce, fresh eggs, baked goods, and handmade items at our on-site farm stand, just a short walk from the house and stocked daily with offerings from our farm and local partners. Open from sun-up to sun-down, the stand runs on the honor system—farm hospitality at its finest. 🛏️ Peaceful Bedrooms & Spa-Style Bath The primary suite features reclaimed wood details and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, full length mirror, windows to the hillside, and twin vanities. Two additional queen bedrooms each have their own full bathroom, making this home perfect for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. 🧺 Room to Breathe—and Do Laundry A small laundry nook supplied with detergent and softeners lets you refresh mid-stay (there may be fresh linens in the machines—just move them along if needed!). Plus, you'll find a hallway with books and a bin of toys for the kiddos to play with. 🐐 A Working Farm Experience Take a stroll to our farm stand for just-picked produce, fresh eggs, firewood, s'mores kits, and local goods. Say hello to our friendly goats, pigs, and calves, and working free-range farm dogs, or watch our crew tend the market garden. 🧑‍🌾A Note About the Farm Experience: Staying on a working farm means getting the luxury of farm life without the chores—but with a few rustic realities. Our water comes from a natural well and may have slight discoloration, though we provide a filtered tap for drinking. You might notice some dust, the occasional bug, bird nests, or wildlife sounds such as fox calls in the distance. The road is paved almost all the way to the farm, then very well-maintained dirt roads upon turning in. It's dark here, and we recommend arriving during the day for ease of finding your way, though the address sign is lit up at night. Cell service is limited, however Wi-Fi through Starlink is very dependable, though imperfect. It’s all part of the charm, and we hope it adds to your connection with nature during your stay. 🐾 Pet-Friendly We welcome well-behaved pets with a small fee per pet (added at booking), to help keep our home clean and cozy for all. 🕰️ Optional Add-Ons for Comfort & Convenience Early check-in, late check-out, and propane refills are available through your guest portal and handled via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. You may also enjoy a walk around the farm to view the garden and animals; however, these are shared guests and workspaces. There's driveway parking for up to 6 cars. Self-check-in via smart lock. The home is stocked with essentials to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. The landscaping service comes on Saturdays or Sundays for an hour. Other things to note Lompoc is the best vantage point on the West Coast for viewing the stellar rocket launches by NASA and SpaceX from Vandenberg Space Force Base. Missile launch days and times are released several days in advance and are subject to change based on weather conditions and/or mechanical challenges.
