From 13 years of age are considered adults (Airbnb regulation). Infants from 0 to 2 years of age do not increase the number of people. Alternatively, for maximum flexibility, self check-in via key lockbox with code is also available. Detailed instructions are sent on the day of arrival. From the free on-site parking area, the bungalow can be easily reached via a flat and well-lit pathway. Disabled parking spaces are also available near the residence entrance, to facilitate access. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire bungalow and private terrace, as well as access to the shared areas of the residence, including: • free communal swimming pools during posted opening hours • bar and dining services • shared green areas • private terrace chill-out space • free on-site parking The padel courts are available by reservation and at an additional cost, to be arranged directly with the sports facility.
