The house is professionally cleaned before every guest. This is my personal home, and I'm proud to offer a cute, cozy resting place for visitors to Walla Walla to call home during their stay. The home is a 1910, so features beautiful old molding and plenty of character. As of 2017, we put in a brand new high-efficiency gas furnace and central air conditioning, new washer and dryer, new stove, new hard floors throughout the entire house, repainted the entire interior of the house, and updated all of the lighting. All of that said, please note, this is a personal residence, not a commercial business, so if you want the predictable sterility of a brand new hotel, please go that route. This rental is for the entire property. If I'm in town, I like to meet my guests upon arrival just to be sure you get in ok and to answer any initial questions, but after that I'll leave you be. I'm always available via the AirBnB app or a text or phone call. A humble residential neighborhood, fairly quiet, within walking distance of downtown, dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, wine tasting rooms, Whitman College, the Memorial Swimming Pool, Borleske Stadium (home of the Walla Walla Sweets minor league baseball team), and Pioneer Park. Because "walking distance" is subjective, I'll clarify that it is exactly 6 blocks to the 5-way intersection corner of Main and Palouse, and 9 blocks to the downtown square at 1st and Main.
