I'm opening the doors to my little daily cocoon! A 29 m2 studio in the heart of Tours (bars, cathedral, art and experimental cinema, Museum of Fine Arts, castle...) I give you access to my home, I trust you! The idea: make yourself at home, be at home! But return it as is! The space Bathroom with bathtub, bedroom area with a very good bed/mattress, and living room/kitchen area (separated from the bed by a screen!). Perfect for welcoming travelers passing through or wanting to stay for a while in the city. 2 people max! > Kitchen: hotplates, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster! You can use the spices, oils etc. I also provide tea and coffee! > There is a small balcony. - NO SMOKING INSIDE! > I am a non-smoker! Spare me the bad smells of cold cigarettes! > Toilet paper, dish towels, dishwashing liquid and sponges available! > Internet access. > BEDDING NOT PROVIDED! If it's ever annoying for x reasons, I can provide bedding at the foot of the bed. > Bath towels PROVIDED!
