The Annex, Spacious /Airy, BEACHES!

Walk to best beaches, Amazing Ocean Breezes, French doors to back yard, Private entrance, walk to Pier and more…. The Annex is attached to a larger home but has its own entrances and is very private. The space Walk to beaches, lovely neighborhood, close to everything plus easy street parking. Two rooms open airy multi-level space (like a large multi-level studio) with full Bath, separate entrances and equipped for cooking. Big comfy King Bed. Guest access Private entrance on lower level in addition to French doors opening to shared back yard though it is rarely occupied. We have two beautiful rescue pups from The Bahamas that are occasionally in shared back garden. Other things to note Please Note: WE DO NOT HAVE A LISTING ON CRAIGSLIST!!!
