Spanning an impressive 135 m² (approximately 1,450 sq ft), the living space features a bright and airy living room that invites relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The open-concept kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with six gas burners, a large fridge/freezer, a wine fridge, two ovens, and a steamer oven—perfect for preparing your favorite meals or reheating leftovers. While we don't have a microwave, the steamer is a versatile alternative. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for gatherings with family and friends. Our apartment boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for added privacy. Two of the bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, ensuring a luxurious experience. Each room is equipped with a flatscreen TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows. The kids’ bedroom includes two twin beds, with the primary bed suitable for an adult and a trundle bed underneath for extra sleeping space. Temperature control is a breeze with our central heating and brand new air conditioning system, featuring individual units in each bedroom and the living room, all with remote controls for your convenience. Nestled in the lively Châtelet area, you'll find yourself at a bustling crossroads where trendy neighborhoods converge. Take advantage of the abundance of restaurants, bars, and shops right at your doorstep.
