The apartment is located in a family residence of 6 apartments distributed in 3 houses with private parking. The swimming pool is accessible to all holidaymakers. TV, WiFi and Barbecue on outdoor terrace complete the offer. The space In a quiet, discreet and flowery place, we offer from the apartment to the mini villa. Here no big complex, seven rentals in all and simple and sincere relationships. The apartment is equipped with all the desired comforts, parking, a barbecue and offers the possibility to have meals outside. A swimming pool is also available for each rental. TV with TNT and WiFi. The whole is located 5 minutes from the city center and shops and 10 minutes from the superb beach of Palombaggia, one of the most famous in Corsica for the beauty of its site and the limpidity of its water. From mid-July to the end of August the reservation is made in priority to the week with an arrival and a departure on Saturday. For other periods the stays are of a minimum duration of 3 to 4 nights without condition of the day of arrival. Our guests must return the apartment in its original condition, they must bring their bath and towels as well as their sheets and pillowcases. However, for 20 years we have been offering optional paid services: - Night Pack: Sheets and pillowcases for a bed (18 euros/bed) - Toilet Pack: 1 bath towel + 1 towel per person (12 euros/person). Cleaning Pack: the apartment must be returned in the initial state, tenants will have to either clean at the end of the stay (equipment for the provided cleaning) or pay for this service: Cleaning Pack (60 euros) Guest access The chosen apartment is equipped with all the desired comforts with an equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, TV (27 TNT channels), WiFi, parking, barbecue and outdoor terrace for relaxation and meals.
