Bed and Hot tub

The bedroom is en suite. The shower and toilet just for guests use. I can provide breakfast if guests request it. There is a television in the room, wi fi, and tray with kettle and coffee and tea making facilities. Or guests can use the kitchen for breakfast and simple evening cooking. The garden and hot tub also available for guests use. Gowns available. I may have to turn the hot tub off during very cold weather as the electricity costs are SO high. Sorry. The space Modern house with sun lounge, garden, table, chairs, and a hot tub! Both bedrooms are self contained. Bedroom 1 has en suite shower room. Comfortable chair and table for laptop or work books in both rooms. Both rooms have a television. Tray with tea and coffee provided. Guest access Guests can use the large kitchen for making breakfast and simple meals. Hot tub available. Needs to be requested during winter months During your stay I enjoy meeting the guests, I go out a lot but usually have time to talk to guests morning or evening. I usually meet guests on arrival but have key safe if I am away or out. Details would be sent. Other things to note My daughter has a small Cavalier King Charles, Hazel, I look after her several days each week and occasional sleepovers.
