Amazing sea view from the house. Surrounded by hills and guests can go trekking, drive through mango orchards, a dam at walking distance. Pleasant environment for work from home too. The space Outside: Car Parking, well lit walkway, a water tap, lawn (proposed), veranda (sit out). Ground floor: Living room with a height of 40ft. (sofa, television, fan), Dining area (dinning table with 5 chairs, fan), Kitchen (refrigerator, cooking stove, basic cooking utensils, fan), Bedrooms 1 and 2 have (fans, double beds, wardrobes, side tables) and one bedroom has attached toilet and one common toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms (fan, double bed/2 single beds, wardrobe, side table) one bedroom is with attached toilet, and a attached terrace with a perfect sight of sun rise and sun set and the sea. The house is well ventilated with the view of the sea from all the rooms. Guest access The whole house and beautiful veranda (Sit out). Other things to note There are various types of games (indoor and outdoor) available for our guests to play like carom, cards, various board games (for children and adults), television (only in the living room).
