The space Hologwyn Bach is a single storey barn conversion, restored to a high standard and set in its own 5 acres of beautiful rolling farmland. Wonderful views of Snowdonia, and less than 10 minutes from the coast. Relax in a calm, tasteful and tranquil space and truly escape for a few days. The property includes: - A bookable Outdoor Sauna: Twlc Twym- 'The Hot Hut.' -There is an additional charge of £40 per hour for use of the sauna. -Sessions should be pre-booked. -Two cosy en suite bedrooms, with Superking and Kingsize beds (twin singles also available), each room includes smart TVs. -Star Link HG Wifi available throughout. -Towels, hairdryer and welcome pack provided (including freshly ground coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, Anglesey sea salt & pepper. -John Lewis bed linen, Melin Tregwynt throws and blankets. - Exceptionally well equipped kitchen with Joseph Joseph, John Lewis, Jamie Oliver and Portmeirion items. -A newly installed EV electric vehicle charging point is also available. THE OUTDOOR SAUNA: An exciting new addition for guests staying at Hologwyn Holiday Cottages, is our larch-clad Oceanic Sauna. Built within the old farm Pigsty (Twlc), our solar and battery powered electric sauna is the perfect way to unwind from a day exploring the island and reconnect with your mind, body and soul. The sauna is available to book in hourly sessions- £40 per/hr. for exclusive use. There are three separate sessions each evening, starting at 5pm, 6pm and finishing at 8pm. -We provide towels to use in the sauna. -Swimwear must be worn. -No alcohol or food in the sauna. -You must be over 16. Payment can be made via your Air BnB booking (we can add this onto your booking). LIVING AREA: Lounge, kitchen & dining space is open plan giving the cottage a lovely sense of space and light. KITCHEN: A well equipped, bright & light brand new kitchen. We've aimed to cater for a relaxing stay with plenty of cupboard space, plenty of wine glasses, modern John Lewis units, an electric oven with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and separate freezer, plus a beautiful granite topped island prep area. There is a large Ercol table ideal for enjoying relaxed dining. On a clear day you might even sneak a view of Snowdon from the kitchen window. LOUNGE: Includes at 50" LG smart TV, and two comfortable sofas where you can kick back and relax as well as a cosy Ercol reading chair. There is under floor heating throughout the property. Solid oak flooring in the living areas and soft sumptuous carpeting in the bedrooms. BEDROOMS : X1 Superking Double X1 Kingsize Double (or twin) MAIN BEDROOM: Superking A super comfy, Superking size bed, crisp John Lewis bed linen, stylish traditional Welsh Melin Tregwynt throws and cushions, plus en suite with free standing bath and large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. There is a 42" LG Smart TV. The room also features a day bed, which can be converted from a sofa /chaise, into a toddler bed (upon request and for an additional charge of £20). SECOND BEDROOM: Kingsize (or twin) The second bedroom is smaller but still airy with plenty of charm. It can be arranged as a twin, or as a kingsize double and includes a TV and also an en suite bathroom with shower. Other things to note This is a self- catering listing. Breakfast is not included. The cottage is however equipped with some simple essentials to help ease you into the start of your holiday. These include: tea, ground coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil. We do accept dogs (x2 max) but kindly ask that you do not allow your pooch into the bedroom areas, or onto any furniture / sofas. There is an additional £20 charge for this, which we ask you to pay on arrival, or during the booking process by selecting the 'pet option'.
