2.5 Acre “Resort Style” Gated Getaway!!!

This is an absolute gem of a getaway house!! Enjoy a 1,000 sq ft guest house on a beautifully landscaped 2.5 acres nestled within its own private gate. Once home, enjoy the amenities which includes a full chef’s kitchen, washer/dryer and gas fireplace in the common living area. The room with the king bed is a Cal king Purple mattress. Just outside your door awaits the pool and spa. You will have a secure two car garage to park vehicles. Take in the serenity and peace of this exclusive property! The space Looking for a change of scenery? Look no further. This is truly the ideal place to get away. This space offers the perfect opportunity to give your family or friends a completely unique experience...and a vacation like they have never had before. The 10 foot high ceilings throughout and the expanded 12 foot ceiling in the family room area gives the guest house a very spacious feeling. Excluding the main house where I live, your nearest neighbor is at least 300 feet away in any direction. The pool is not normally heated, but I do have the ability to heat the pool. The charge is $80 per day to heat the pool. I need at least 24 hours notice as it takes more time to heat the pool. Every year around Easter, there is a pair of ducks that will have ducklings on the fish pond. This is such a fun and beautiful sight that people of all ages can enjoy! They will continue to live on the property and in the fish pond for the next couple months after they are born. You are also able to utilize the food delivery service of your choice so you do not have to leave the property if you so choose. Coming to the area to visit family or friends? The guest house is the perfect spot to gather, hang out and relax. I would also be more than happy to help you coordinate a family or friends gathering at the property. Need a place to rest for the night from a long road trip? The guest house is located 5 minutes off of Hwy. 50 at the Hazel Ave exit. Many guests have stayed the night just to break up the road trip to Lake Tahoe. Whatever the reason might be, it would truly be my pleasure to have you enjoy this one-of-a-kind property as well. The entire guest house will be for your own personal use. No one will interfere with your stay at any time. Guest access You will have unlimited access to a private pool and hot tub. There will be two parking spaces available within a secure indoor garage. You will also receive a garage door opener to use during your stay. There are two twin size AeroBed inflatable mattresses in the guest house to use if needed. You are welcome to go down to the fish pond, which has bass and bluegill, to try your hand at fishing....or maybe a family picnic by the pond on a sunny afternoon! The sunsets are quite beautiful here so feel free to go up the spiral staircase by the pool and enjoy it from the main house balcony! During your stay, you will also have full access to a private 36’ x 20’ massive play structure that includes 3 swings, a tire swing, two slides, rock climbing and a roof covered playhouse for the kids to play. The 17’ x 10’ trampoline is located just outside the guest house that is available for you to use. Located in the garage area is a ping pong table, an electronic dartboard, bean bag toss as well as a foosball table. A portable 4 player badminton set is also available to set up and use wherever you like. Also on the property is a half-court basketball area with an adjustable height hoop. There will be sports balls in your garage stall. Other things to note The guest house comes equipped with an Apple TV. You will have free access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, NFL Sunday Ticket and NFL Red Zone Channel (via YouTubeTV), NBA League Pass (via Amazon Prime Video), Max, and many more cable channels via YouTubeTV. Stays of 7 nights or more will receive a 20% discount on the booking.
