The space The apartment is brand new, it has a master bedroom with balcony, double bed, built-in wardrobe, flat screen smart TV, bathroom inside the room and blackout curtains for an excellent rest. The bed and mattress are top quality and we have extra blankets and a fan for your comfort. The second room has a queen-size bed and a single box bed, a shared bathroom and has the same features as the main room but without a balcony. The bathrooms are modern and have excellent hot and cold water pressure. Towels, paper and bath soaps are provided upon entering the apartment. It has a living room with a balcony and a UHD smart TV, a dining room for six people and a full kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, rice cooker, kitchenware, etc. In the kitchen you will also find basic supplies such as salt, sugar, oil and infusions. The laundry room has a washing machine, clothesline and ironing board as well as some cleaning items. Guest access In the common areas there is access to the playground, grill (with additional payment), movie room, billiards, etc. To use them, you must request access in the entrance lobby or contact me to make the reservation.
