Cozy quiet apartment with nature around.🌲🌿🚆

Cozy apartment, 31 square meter in size with a big balcony that’s 11 square meter. The apartment is in the 7 floor with a great view to the green areas all around, that gives a peaceful feeling. Guests will have the whole apartment for themselves. I have a alcove with a 140cm bed, sofabed in the livingrom and a 160cm bed on the balcony. The balcony have wall, roof and windows that can be slide open or closed, so it becomes more like a room. The space Nb❗️I am a cat owner since august 22, in case of allergies (of course I take her with me when I rent out). But it’s hard to get the apartment fully free from cat existence🐈 I also have a wool rug in the livingroom that give off lint. The apartment is close to underground (4-5 minutes) and it’s a little foodstore right outside the building that’s open to 11PM every day. •The underground takes 21 minutes from Grorud to oslo centrum. (Jernbanetorget) or bus 31 which runnes 24h and is next to “Grorud senter”for stores,grocery stores, pharmacy, liquor store, sushi, pizza and more. Or you can go to stovner, strømmen, Storo center for one of the biggest shopping senters in Oslo. •The building have a green park outside the window and is close to a outside gym (ammerudgymmen) where you can work out for free in open air, if you keep walking from there you will walk along the river for great walking/bicycle tours and forrest nearby. •If you go the opposite direction you will have more forest and the lake. Steinbruvannet, badedammen and versletjernet to mention some lakes is 15-20 minutes walk away. (See pictures) There you can swim, sunbath, grill, jog, walk and cycling if you like. •It might also be good to know that I live in the apartment on a daily basis now, and therefore don’t have much available storage place.
