Apartment located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator, beautifully decorated with an artistic touch that stands out. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and serenity reigns supreme. A soothing and reassuring atmosphere will surprise you and make you feel at ease. It is located in a lively and safe area of the 18th arrondissement where you will find plenty of shops. The space Apartment with lots of artwork that the owners care about a lot. Living room / dining room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, blender, fridge/freezer...). Dining table that seats up to 6 people. A desk is available for your use. TV & high-speed wifi, sofa bed. Separate bedroom with double bed and dressing room, ensuite bathroom with separate toilet Small outdoor flower garden. Guest access You have access to the entire place. Other things to note The keys are handed over by a team member who is there to answer any questions you may have. *Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not accepted. *smoking allowed outside *no pets We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance): - €30 between 8pm & 9pm. - €50 between 9pm & 10pm. - €70 between 10pm & 11pm. No check-in later than that. To be paid in cash or by check upon arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival. Baby cot rental: €40 (for the entire stay) Fan rental: €20 (for the duration of the stay) Baby high chair rental: €20 (for the duration of the stay) We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Feel free to arrive a little early. In case of delay on the check-in time initially agreed with you, our receptionist will not be able to wait for you. Another appointment time will have to be set and you will be charged €30. Thank you for your understanding and please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions. Fee of €50 for check-in on December 24 & 31 after 6 p.m., and December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt). If you lose your accommodation key during your stay, the door lock will need to be changed. We'll place a hold on your security deposit for the cost of this action. Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning & laundry package included in your reservation: We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and arrival, and clean at the end of your stay.
