A large Victorian property which is ideal for a family holiday, the house is located on the edge of the town of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. We are a short drive or a 15 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with amenities and the restaurants, bars and shops. The house offers a lot of space for socialising with a large kitchen-diner, large outdoor space and barbecue facilities. There is a cosy lounge, a snug and a range of bedrooms, two of which are ensuite. We offer discounted ferry travel. Garden games room with pool table. Guest access All guests staying with children will find they are very well catered for. We have loads of indoor and outdoor toys and can make beach toys available over the summer. We can provide a travel cot and high chair for littler guests. Our kitchen is newly refitted with all mod cons and lots of seating for all the family. Guests can access wifi, cable TV and a range of DVDs. Dogs are welcome. We have several outbuildings adjacent to the house which will not be available to guests. Other things to note Please note that you may be aware of some road noise if sleeping at the front of the house. This property is PET FRIENDLY. Please support us in this by cleaning up after your dog as much as possible and being mindful of our furniture. Please also be aware that the outside games room is in an uninsulated and unheated out building and so better enjoyed in the warmer months.
