The property has two double rooms available, both of which are very comfortable and well decorated. A large bathroom and shower appointed for guests as well as a remote workspace/study, dressing room and the house has two living rooms with log fires one of which has a large TV. A breakfast room and a dining room are available as well as garden with decked areas and secure off road parking. Within walking distance of two golf courses, restaurants and country walks. 15min park and ride to Glasgow. The space The house is old but has had much love and care lavished on it through out the 22 years I've lived here and it is located in a quiet sought after residential area which makes it very easy to live in. Guest access The Kitchen, laundry and all the bathrooms are available as are both the reading room and the TV room and guests can use either the breakfast room, dining room or outdoor areas for meals. The dressing room is situated between the two bedrooms and the Study / music room is across the hall. The only room that is unavailable will be the owners bedroom. I am happy to guide guests to the variety of walks and cycle tracks in the area as well as several golf courses and restaurants and I also have a driver available. During your stay Generally speaking I will be available for any assistance or suggestions that guests require. Other things to note The term 'shared' does not refer to sharing with other guests as I only host one person or group at any one time.
