Three bedroom Rural House next to NYS Parks

Bright windowed eclectic house tucked in the forest on the edge of a large State Park(Minnewaska State Park) and a rock climbers haven( Mohonk Preserve.) 1.5 hours from the GWB. Endless hiking, biking and rock climbing. 20 min. from New Paltz w/ many nice rest, shops. House is quiet, not on a main road or highway. House has sheets, towels & basic kitchen things. This is a country house, insects exist. Dogs are permitted with permission, some dog hair might exist. The space The house is a two floors with large living space and cozy kitchen. Main level: bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen, dining area and full bathroom. Lower level: two bedrooms, 1 with Queen size bed and other bedroom with single bed. Each room has mini split unit which provides A/C and heat. There is also a cozy wood burning stove in living room. Guest access All the the house living spaces are available. This includes the backyard, front garden area and deck. Other things to note Please conserving water as it comes from the well. The well water is clean, it goes through a particle and UV filter. Please note we are required to charge a 4% hotel/short term occupancy tax which is built into the cost of the rental. We will pay this money to Ulster County Dept of Finance.
