Charming 100 m2 single-storey house with a large 600 m2 garden in pine forest. 600 m walk from the village center, quiet place. Three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Children's play areas outside and inside. Equipped to accommodate babies, children and their parents. Cool house with fan in every room. Well heated in winter. Comfortable bedding, beds made upon arrival. 2 independent cats to feed. The space Big volumes and exposed beams, my home is filledwith good waves... By entering we discover the lounge followed by the kitchen. At the top we find toilet (with changing table), then three space out sleep in a row separated by curtains. One can sleep to 6 people + 2 babies. Double bed at the top + 2 single beds + 2 beds babies if need, the sofa unfolds below. The apartment is a part of Mas thus walls are thick it makes for it very freshly. Games for babies, children and sets of families with quantity. Bookcase children and adults... Guest access The house is quiet because it is isolated from the streets where there is traffic. 10 minutes from Aix en Provence, museums, Provençal markets. Close to Sainte Victoire for beautiful walks, beaches 45 minutes away and lake 30 minutes away. Other things to note My two cats will know how to ask you for food (which I leave, of course, in sufficient quantity), cuddle you endlessly, and purr almost to compete with the cicadas... Currently, one of the two cats takes medicine in the morning and evening. Either you're okay with giving it to him or I'll have someone come by to do it.
