The apartment is located on a quiet residential street in Spring Hill, in close walking distance to the CBD, allowing you to enjoy incredible convenience, in a uniquely designed space. We've set up your room with everything you'll need to relax or work during your Brisbane stay, including separate lounge & dining areas, 2 x large modern desks, a basic kitchen set up with some cool new appliances, and a sleek modern bathroom that we've recently renovated. The room looks out onto a wall of green tropical palms, fruit trees and gardens. Providing you with comfortable bedding has been our primary consideration! The queen size bed is ergonomically designed, with a luxury orthopaedic mattress & topper, made with quality sheets & pillows with your own bedside reading lamp and a variety of lighting options. - - We respect our neighbours and have a no party policy - - - - We offer our space for your respectful enjoyment - - Guest access You'll have your own separate entrance to the entire ground floor of an inner city townhouse. This is your own private space, and only you have access to the ground floor apartment. Other things to note Free parking on the street in the immediate vicinity using our resident's parking permit. You can often find a park right opposite the house. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking facilities: pod coffee, percolator coffee, smoothie blender, health food bullet, toastie grill, fridge, microwave, electric hot-plates, electric skillets, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, cups/glasses & various cooking ware. Note: no built in grill/oven. We provide a lovely selection of teas & coffee and a few basics in the kitchen to kick start your cooking: salt, pepper, oil & the like. We provide a Miele washing machine + powder to wash your clothes, and a drying rack for sun/air drying.
