The property is on Pune - Tamhini main road, so vehicle noise may be there. There is a village nearby and villagers celebrate certain festival days with music on speakers. Other things to note *Pls note Check In - 01.00pm Check Out - 11.00 am *It is mandatory to mention no. of guests checking in including kids. *Base tariff is for 4ppl only. *Extra guests tariff will be applicable after 4 guests. *Currently, a max of 7ppl is allowed. *In case of additional guests it is mandatory to inform us one day before check-in. *It is mandatory to inform us if you are booking this place for a photoshoot. (additional charges will be applicable for the same). *Additional guests tariff will be applicable pls refer tariff and make changes to your reservation accordingly for the same & need to make payment before check-in for extra ppl. *The caretaker family lives below the villa, ensuring that guests have privacy. *Complimentary Breakfast: Poha or Upma / Tea or Coffee. *Pls note - one plate per person is complimentary. Anything other than this will be charged as per the menu card. eg: five guests can have 5 plate poha or 5 plate upama & 5 coffee or 5 tea complimentory. *Meals:* Home-cooked Maharashtrian meals are available as per the menu card. Kindly confirm your food order with the caretaker (Sahil) at least 1 day before check-in. (menu card is uploaded to airbnb listing, please refer). Pls note: cooking is not allowed. *General amenities: Living room with big verandah, functioning kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets (master bedroom toilet is open to sky), private balcony, parking space, small garden is accessible to guests. 24hr hot water, wifi, no TV/AC, caretaker (Sahil) to assist you, basic shops & restaurants nearby. *Social amenities: kids friendly, elderly friendly, couple friendly. *Due to the harsh monsoon, expect dampness of the walls, heavy rains, winds bringing the rainwater in the veranda & power cutting sometimes. (we do have power backup though) *Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. *We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. No loud music is permitted. Illegal activities like carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. *Management reserves the right to allow labours for basic maintenance and repair work in the premises at any time without any prior notice to guest. *Lizards, spiders and ants have a mind of their own, we cannot control their movement. They may be seen in the house occasionally. They help keep the house pest free naturally. *The house is surrounded by forest, farms and village thus make sure no act of yours disturbs this surrounding.
