Great little Tiny Home with lake access

Cute little 2bed/2bath 1 car garage home. Laundry is out in the garage. There is a ping pong table in garage. Large TV in Living room. Access to PlayStation 4 or xbox 360 is available upon request. Grill and patio in back yard. Pets accepted. Access to lake and boat ramp. The space We live on the property in our main house with our 2 dogs Lola and Lexi. Lola is our Doberman and Lexi is our Min Pin. Both are super spoiled. The whole property is fenced in and we are ok if you would like to bring your pets. Water/Food bowl on site. We live in a very small waterfront community. There is access to the boat ramp if you want to bring your own boat. Full size washer, dryer and ping pong table is in the garage. There is back deck with Patio furnishings, and a Gas Grill. My husband and I work full time with our business but our office is only 1 minute away so if anything is needed at any time we are available. There are 2 bathrooms. The one bathroom only has a Jacuzzi tub at this moment. The other bathroom has a full shower/bathtub. The bunk bed room has the bathroom attached to the room, and the bathroom is right across the hall from other bedroom and by living room. There is a fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge and stove. No dishwasher. We have central heat and air and have an extra air conditioner for those super hot days/nights we have here in Texas. Guest access Community Boat Ramp, Dish Network with all channels, wifi, access to PlayStation 4 or Xbox 360. Don't really have a lot of games for PlayStation but do have several for xbox. DVD Player, Netflix, etc. Have a bunch of board games available as well for all age groups. Other things to note If anyone is scared of the dogs we can leave them locked up most of the time in the house or take them with us to work. If there is anything that you might need at all, wether a kitchen gadget, spices, appliance, etc. I most likely will have it and can bring it over.
