Luxurious apartment in Andalusia - Costa Del Sol

Located in a beautiful residential area, in Manilva, the accommodation is part of an urban complex focused on modernity. The region and its surroundings offer calm, serenity, environmental quality and beaches with crystal clear water. Beautiful walks in the mountains or by the sea, as well as magnificent golf courses await you. Find a warm and relaxed atmosphere in the ports of La Duquesa and Sotogrande, their seasonal entertainment and many restaurants. The space The 111 m2 apartment (85 m2 interior + 26 m2 terrace) includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower and whirlpool bath), a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a living-dining room. Apartment renovated in November 2023 The large exotic wooden terrace has exceptional views of the Mediterranean Sea. From there, you can also admire the sunrise (facing you), the Rock of Gibraltar and see the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. Two underground parking spaces are also available. An elevator provides direct and quick access to the apartment located on the first floor. Guest access All rooms in the apartment are accessible, including the two parking spaces. Only the cellar is inaccessible. Other things to note In the immediate vicinity of the complex, a brand new fitness trail and playground were developed in 2023 (see photos). TV: A satellite decoder (DTT card) allows you to watch many TV channels, in addition to classic cable channels. Heating: In winter, it is possible to heat the apartment either by air conditioning or by means of the heated floor. WIFI: WiFi available at speeds of up to 100Mbs Indoor and outdoor pools: The indoor air-conditioned pool has been currently accessible since November 14, 2024. The outdoor pool opens in the summer, from April-May depending on the weather. In the event of severe drought, the authorities may impose the closure of swimming pools throughout the region of Andalusia. Fortunately, this remains exceptional. The owners cannot foresee such a situation in advance and are not responsible for it. Sofa: a new sofa bed was installed in 07/2023 (photos still need to be updated) A new dining table and chairs were also installed in 10/2023 A new microwave oven and a new multifunction oven were installed in 2024.
