The space The unit offers 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed, and 2 bathrooms, both featuring a shower and toilet. The common bathroom also includes a bathtub for added convenience. A third room is set up as a study. The kitchen includes a breakfast table with chairs, ideal for casual dining. Outside, a spacious garden awaits for you and your family to enjoy, with braai/BBQ allowed—just kindly adhere to the conduct rules. For added convenience, backup power (inverter) supports select plug points, the TV, and WiFi. The unit is also equipped with air-conditioning and fans to ensure your comfort. This code is also used for entry and exit from the complex. Upon exit, enter gate code onto the keypad located at the exit. The code is valid for 5 days. For stays longer than 5 days, I’ll provide a new code at 5-day intervals. You are allocated 2 parking bays marked 38, and there is ample visitors' parking for your guests. Please ensure you only park in the bays assigned to Unit 38. Other things to note This is a fully self-service unit, with a housekeeper servicing the apartment once a week. For stays shorter than a week, the apartment will be fully cleaned and refreshed upon checkout.
