We are on a quiet residential street close to the South Grand business district and Tower Grove Park. Our classic 1912 building features a decorative antique fireplace, original wood floors, exposed brick, and a modern comfortable interior. Live plants, eastern decor, bells and lanterns hanging from the high ceilings, all create a soothing ambiance. Our historic home is comprised of a 2-bedroom layout located on the second floor of a 2 family building. The cozy living room features a comfy couch which folds open into a bed for larger groups. Our large screen Roku television lets you enjoy your favorite streaming service (your own login required) as well as local broadcast stations. Venture into the kitchen to discover a large, rustic and sunny space with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee machine and herbal tea collection to energize each day, as well as a sunny and private east facing balcony with a view of the sunrise and the St Louis Gateway Arch! The kitchen also boasts a fridge, microwave, toaster, and full-sized refrigerator. When it’s finally time to sleep, you have a choice of bedrooms—either a cozy front bedroom with a sunny view of the street, or a large and secluded master bedroom with unique wall decor and ceiling fan. The latter contains a lap-top friendly desk with 21” flat screen monitor for your use. AT&T "Fiber" internet provides some of the fastest speeds available. Every space in the house was designed to feel soothing and relaxing. We hope you will love it as much as we do! Guest access Basement laundry for guests staying 1 week or longer. Other things to note The steep front and rear steps are not ideal for families with toddlers or very small children. NON-mobile infants and older children / adolescents should be ok. No playpens, cribs, or other baby amenities provided. Please no rough-housing. Also good for business travelers (close to downtown) and medium-sized groups (up to 6). If you have a group of 6 that means for sleeping one person will have to use the far "window" side of the small bedroom, and the sofa bed will also be utilized by two people.
