The house is located inside Deca Clark Subdivision (5 minutes away from Clark Free Port Zone Friendship entry gate0 which is Home for Deca Wake Board water sports facility which is available and easily accessible if you wish to experience it. Security is not a problem because it is ensured inside the area with regular patrolling security guards 24/7. The space Ground floor of the house is where the living room is beside the dining area. Feel free to use the kitchen and its appliances and utensils for your cooking needs. The bathroom can be easily accessed on the first floor. The rooms are located on the second floor of the house. One room contains a single bed good for two persons and the other room contains two double-decked beds that can accommodate at least 4 people and a maximum of 6 persons. the bedrooms are air-conditioned so there is no need to worry on the country's hot weather during the daytime or in the evening.
