The bunk beds are best suited for children but adults can stay comfortably on the bottom bunk only. Enjoy a well stocked, large eat-in kitchen, a parlor with piano and bar, a sun porch, dining room and back deck on four acres in downtown Alto Pass. The house has high-speed internet, a smart TV so you can log into your favorite streaming services, and Bluetooth speakers in the parlor to stream your favorite music. Please no smoking. Be careful with candles. Fire alarms and extinguishers can be found throughout the home. Keep in mind the plumbing is old too - so while the water pressure is great throughout the house, the toilets can’t take anything extra down the tube! - Even though the home is in Alto Pass, this is a rural setting with open land and forests all around. You might see: deer, raccoons, fox, birds and butterflies, snakes or other small critters. (Occasionally bugs and seldom mice do get indoors however we do take precautions to prevent it.) Bug spray is provided and usually there are citronella candles on the porch. -Please let us know an accurate number for how many guests will be in your party so we can plan and make proper arrangements to clean before the next guests arrive. - Consider bringing groceries and supplies with you, especially if you are arriving later in the day. This is a remote area, the nearest full grocery store is 20 minutes away. The entire home is yours. Please don't hesitate to ask for an early check-in. We are happy to accommodate as long as our cleaning crew is done. Guests check in with a key pad and code. We are available by phone or text. For urgent issues, there is nearby property manager. This home is steps from “downtown” Alto Pass and sits on 4 wooded acres. Just .5 mile from the nearest winery! Duty's Country Store is within walking distance and has basics plus a sandwich shop. This is a rural area - If you are arriving late, consider bringing groceries and the supplies you will need for the next day. Free on-site parking for up to 3 cars. Wine trail charter bus service is available. A security camera records activity in the parking lot area only. The fire pit and porch, etc. are not recorded.
