Here is my cosy apartment in a refurbished Victorian building - just a 5 minute walk away from Newcastle City Centre. The room in question is light and airy with big tall windows and high ceilings. The living room can be seen in all the photgraphs! The space The building is originally called the Old Railway Club. The apartments are part of a refurbishment carried out in the building where the whole building was gutted and modernised. The ceilings are tall and there are still a lot of old Victorian features all over the building. Guest access On renting the whole flat you will have access to your own bedroom, the bathroom, the hallway and of course the living room/kitchen. I still have occupancy of the master bedroom but for my own privacy this is kept locked and will not be rented out. I'm flexible enough to stay somewhere else when there are bookings. Other things to note I don't have much in the way of a dining table. Just a small table where I eat or work from but it isn't anywhere where you could serve a three course dinner for more than two lol.
