Cosy apartment (32 m2) with patio - Latin District

Welcome to my place ! I would be delighted to welcome you and show you my district around ! Globe-trotter myself, I hope to make your stay as pleasant as possible ;-) I live a cosy studio of 32 m2 in the heart of Paris. The studio has a main living room with a high ceiling which allow you to enjoy the mezzanine bed. The apartment also comprises a little privative patio to take breakfast in the fresh air of the morning ;-) The space The bed is a retractable bed (that retracts to the top easily during the daytime) very confortable (160x200cm). Though, it is higher than a classic bed (at a level of about 55 cms from the floor). The kitchen is well-equipped, you are invited to use it if you need (equipments, spices, ...) Bed sheets and towels are provided upon your arrival. NB : I am designing myself the inside of the apartment, I hope you will appreciate it ! The apartment will be always clean and tidy.
