This includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, living room and outdoor spaces. Large circular driveway. Garage access for washer and dryer or ping pong table is available upon request. Other things to note * There is a two dog maximum per stay. $50 per stay pet fee is required. We ask that you keep all size dogs off the furniture and beds. No cats please. * We have a natural gas fireplace. Please turn off gas after use. Instructions for use are right next to it. Please don't touch or move the ceramic logs. * Please do not put anything but toilet paper in the toilets. We are on a septic system. * We take great pride in maintaining our property, which means we have service folks who come by each week to take care of the outdoor amenities. Hot tub service is x2 per week (Tue & Fri mornings). They enter through an exterior gate and won't disturb the guest. * Booking a Mid term stay cleaning is required for month long stays.
