The spacious living room, measuring approximately 40 m², features a comfortable XXL sofa bed for 2 people and 1 wall bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a desk, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large table and 8 chairs. From here, you can access a covered balcony (smoking permitted) and, via a spiral staircase, the 65m² roof terrace. Bedroom 1 offers 2 box spring beds 90x200cm that you can also push together and a big closet . Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 box spring beds 90x200cm and 1 wardrobe bed. The marble full bathroom has a large bathtub extra large shower as well as a washing machine. Towels & bed linen as well as final cleaning and Wi-Fi are included! For groups of at least 7 people, or for a surcharge for fewer people, you will also have access to: A 2nd living/sleeping area with 2 bunk beds 100x200cm & 1 bed 180x200cm, as well as table with chairs, a shower room with toilet and extra kitchenette.
