Have your own little private getaway in the heart of Boulder.  We are located in the historic Whittier neighborhood, known for its beautiful Victorian architecture, proximity to the vibrant restaurants and independent shops of Pearl Street and quiet family atmosphere.  The tree-lined streets will make you feel at home in all four seasons but are especially spectacular in the fall. The private garden level one bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, new shower with double shower-heads and a large bedroom with a super comfortable queen bed.  There is a large shady backyard with a sauna, a covered porch ready for an afternoon drink or morning coffee. The need for a car is extraneous in this neighborhood because everything you need or want is in walking distance.  From world class restaurants like Frasca to family friendly restaurants like Pasta Jay's; Pearl Street (which is only four blocks away) offers so many different food possibilities.  But in the other direction, (also only a couple of blocks away) is a Whole Foods, Target, and the 29th Street Mall. University of Colorado is just over a mile away and the Bolder Boulder runs within blocks of the house. The location really can't be beat! The public swimming pool is only a block and a half away as well as a plethora of good parks.   In the spring, summer and fall, the Boulder Farmers Market not only sells the freshest produce but also fresh coffee, street food and other delectables. Speaking of coffee, Boulder has excellent coffee and there are about ten coffee shops within about a ten minute walk.  So during your stay, you could try a different coffee shop each day without leaving the neighborhood. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment.  There is wireless connection in the house as well as a large screen TV with wireless hook-up. Come visit Boulder!
