The finca is detached, surrounded by typical Mallorcan countryside, surrounded by orange groves, fruit trees and a pine forest, with beautiful views of the Bonany monastery. Guest access The newly renovated finca with natural stone facade extends over 155 square meters of living space and has a modern, open country house kitchen, which is exclusively equipped with all amenities. In addition to dishwasher, two large fridges, oven, gas stove and microwave, you will also find a Nespresso machine. The freezer combination, like the washing machine and dryer, is accommodated in the utility room next door. In the adjacent open dining area, you can eat at a table, or prepare meals together in a social circle. The cozy sofa corner with an open fireplace invites you to relax extensively. The large flat screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player, as well as a music system (SonosBar) for smartphone users, give themselves the opportunity to be entertained to your liking, or to spend the evening in a convivial atmosphere. Wireless internet connection is available in the finca and pool area. Since it is a radio remote network, the speed always depends on the provider. There is no entitlement to compensation if it should not work for technical reasons. The two bedrooms are each a small luxury oasis, equipped with a large double bed of 160x200 cm, a large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a flat screen TV. On a bedroom there is a bathroom en suite, both bathrooms compete in the most pleasant way and leave nothing to be desired in terms of comfort. Here you will find high-quality installations in harmony, with super modern and extravagant design elements. Of course, hair dryer, toiletries and bathrobe are available. In the outdoor area there are free and covered terrace areas. A private pool area, which can be reached via a stone staircase, is surrounded by a beautiful brick covered sitting area, which has been kept in the all oriental style. Here you can have a wonderful view into the distance, enjoy a cool drink or a snack. Between the refreshing pool aisles, you can relax on the comfortable wooden loungers with thick pads and beautiful pool towels and just don't do anything about it, it's vacation time after all. Above the pool landscape is the actual covered terrace area, with a large wooden table and comfortable armchairs - a unique backdrop and a wonderful place to linger. Here you can sit under deep blue sky in the morning and enjoy a refreshing breakfast or end a fulfilled day of vacation in the evening with the gas cooker grill with a barbecue. Other things to note Since July 2016, the "Ecotasa" applies in Mallorca and the other Balearic Islands - alternatively also called accommodation tax or tourist tax. Their official name is impuesto del turismo sostenible. The tourist tax must pay all vacationers per night of €2 + 10% IVA (VAT). Children aged 16 and under are exempt from the fee. As you may have seen, our prices between October and May are much lower than in the summers. During this time, however, more energy is also needed through heating and electricity. Since the sunlight can no longer sufficiently supply the solar system during these months, we charge an additional flat rate of €20 per day to cover heating and energy costs.
