Mar del Plata is a beautiful & relaxing, Balinese styled beach-house. The Couples Escape provides private use of the property for 2 guests. This includes the master bedroom, ensuite, open plan kitchen, dining area, theatre room. Plus 7m pool, outdoor shower, BBQ and beautiful outdoor spaces designed for indoor-outdoor living. The property is secure with front fence & electronic gate. Mar del Plata is a 10min walk to Cable Beach & a short drive to the airport, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. The space The Couples Escape is for a maximum of 2 guests. The property and pool are private for guests who book the Couples Escape. A locked sliding door blocks off the other bedrooms, these are not rented to others during your stay. External access to the laundry is down the side of the house. We do not exceed 2 guests. Children under 2 years are welcome free of charge. A travel cot and highchair are available for use (linen & towels not supplied). Please advise at the time of booking. There is a staircase and dune to climb and the walk from the dune down to the ocean is in soft sand. ** Guest access Guests have access to the Master bedroom only, ensuite, kitchen, dining area, theatre room, outdoor entertainment area, back garden, pool and front of the house. Parking is provided in the carport for a maximum of 2 cars behind a secure electronic front gate. **Please advise in advance if you are travelling with camper trailers, caravans or boats as we have limited space with height restrictions. Alternate offsite storage may be required.
