Idyllic country cottage nestled on 50 acres in beautiful Balingup. Home of the Medieval Carnivale, Small Farm Field Day and Telling Tales. The property is located 5kms from the town centre and close to the Bibbulmun track. The space There are 3 bedrooms and 2 separate living spaces. Reverse cycle air conditioning (split system) in the main living area a wood combustion heater that can burn all night which is perfect for those famous Balingup winters. The combustion heater also heats the water and this is backed up by a solar water heater and an electric booster if needed. Huge deck for entertaining or watching the world go by while sampling some of the great food & wine from the region. Guest access The entire house inside and out. Other things to note We also use the proprty as our holiday home when we don't have airbnb guests staying so some of the wardrobes have some clothes in them and the pantry has some of our personal supplies.
