Single level barn,rural views, coast in easy reach

The Byre has amazing rural views in a peaceful location but is only a short drive to so many beaches including Crantock and Fistral, as well as the pubs, cafes and shops of Newquay. You’ll love it here because of the outdoor space, views for miles around and proximity to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. My place is great for couples, families and your four legged friends. Perfect for 2 couples sharing with 2 double rooms (king + superking) and 2 bathrooms. The space The Byre is a single level, semi-detached barn conversion. The property next door is another of our 3 properties, The Dairy. The Byre has its own front door and a keysafe so check in is contactless. The Byre has a secure, private patio area at the front of the property, which is perfect for dogs or young children and has a table and chairs and rotary washing airer. The patio looks out over the shared garden that is about 1/4 acre and has swings and picnic benches. There is also parking for one car on site. If you wish to bring more than one car please contact me and we can try to accommodate it. Beyond that are the most incredible views of open countryside for miles and the most amazing sunrises! Up to 2 dogs are welcome here at no extra cost. There is an open plan living/kitchen/dining area with 2 leather sofas, table and 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, double electric oven, electric induction hob and full size fridge/freezer. There is also a 40" flat screen smart TV so you can log into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account and a docking station with DAB radio and CD player. There is fast WIFI in the property. 100% cotton bedding is provided for all beds and fluffy big bath towels but please bring beach towels. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has zip and link twin beds that can be either single beds or a superking (please advise on booking which you would like. They are made as twin beds unless we are asked otherwise) . There are double duvets on the single beds so there is no chance of children or adults alike getting cold when they roll over! There is a bathroom with shower over the bath and a shower room with a luxury walk in shower enclosure with a rainfall shower. There is central heating, that is always available and the property heats up and gets cosy really quickly so is perfect for winter breaks too. There is always plenty of hot water for showers/baths after a day on the beach! And a hairdryer for afterwards! Here at Trerice Holiday Barns all three of our barns can be booked together to sleep 14 in total (including 2 folding beds). Guest access The 3 barns here share a communal garden (as well as their own private, enclosed patios) and a large, secure storage shed that contains bodyboards, windbreaks and mallets, a BBQ for each cottage, buckets and spades, outdoor games including Giant Jenga, badminton, swingball. This shed is also perfect for guests to store bikes/surfboards/canoes/kayaks. There is one parking space per cottage. Please get in touch if you need to bring more than one car as we can probably facilitate this. Guests have their own driveway that is separate from ours. Other things to note We can provide a cot and high chair if required at no extra charge - Please let me know when you book. Please bring your own cot bedding. Please also let me know if you want the beds in the 2nd bedroom as 2 x twin beds or a superking. The hob in the kitchen is an electric induction hob, which can interfere with pacemakers so advice is to remain 2ft away from the hob if you are fitted with a pacemaker.
