Welcome to our vacation home in paradise, South Lake Tahoe, CA. VHR #073794 TOT #63687 Our Chalet was built in 1947, it was the first home on Genoa Avenue. It has been renovated top to bottom very tastefully, the upstairs master suite is 350 sq ft of sheer beauty. The upstairs master suite offers all the comfort’s of home. Cal king bed, fireplace, smart TV, vaulted ceilings, pine beams, sitting area, a spacious full bath, and washer & dryer. The downstairs bedroom is small but comfortable it has an oak bunk bed, double on the bottom, and twin on the top. There is a full bath just across the hall, it is on the same floor as the living space. Two bedrooms, occupancy five comfortably, six maximum. The kitchen, dining, and living space are all on the first floor, it has great natural light from many windows, is very open and provides access to the backyard and the sun deck. The Chalet is fully furnished, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots & pans, dish soap, paper towels, and modern appliances. All bedding linens, bath towels, shampoo, bath soap’s, beach towels, and toilet paper are included. The chalet is located in the Meadow Heights neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe, CA a mid town location close to the lake, casino's, nightlife, Heavenly Village, and all things fun to do in the Lake Tahoe area. South Lake Tahoe has many taxi companies as well as Uber and Lift. They also have a city bus system. The back yard is fenced and has a stone patio space with seating to enjoy the outdoors. There is a true infrared BBQ, and table & chairs on the sun deck for dinning outdoors. Quite time is between 10pm and 8am, maximum occupancy is limited to six adults during this time period.
