The space The space is airy and bright. Simple and contemporary. 2 floors. Upstairs kitchen: full bath and living area. The downstairs is a full bed and a twin, closet and storage room. Off the bedroom is shared laundry room with exit to backyard. Guest access You will have private access to the one bedroom duplex. There is a front door upstairs, and a back door to the back yard downstairs. There is ample parking and room for a trailered boat. (Please contact us if you are bringing one. There is NO extra charge for that).A washer and drier are available for use. Other things to note This home has hosted many painters and musicians over the years. Fishing is close by. You can walk ( or take a 1 minute drive) to Morse Mountain for a lovely hike to a secluded ocean sandy beach. Morse Mountain to Seawall Beach. It is a 3.8 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail that features a river and is good for all hiking levels. Please note the $100 Pet fee is payable upon check-in. (AirBNB will NOT collecting that). Please note: to help us maintain a clean environment and new protocols, guests staying longer than 2 weeks there will be a additional $25 a week cleaning fee paid to host UNLESS other arrangements to maintain cleaning are made.
