A night under the stars in Nancy

In a chic, quiet area, where all the small neighborhood shops are friendly, I offer you a room, the enjoyment of my apartment + breakfast. NB: We will be present; but we don't bite! 15 minutes from the city center, train station and the famous and sumptuous Place Stanislas on foot.(YES, I admit, a bit chauvinistic!;)) Some extra costs because I spend some time preparing my apartment to make you feel better than at home! The space Quiet "Art Nouveau" townhouse, 4 floors, so no loud music please! My apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator access. The apartment is 100 m2 and apart from my room, you will have the leisure to enjoy all the rooms in the apartment. This is MY apartment, so I'm there most of the time, except when I go to the expo on weekends. My son is present one week out of two, so it is rare that you will see him, because, in general, I block reservations the weeks when he is there. (which he regrets, because he loves it when we welcome visitors!). We have just done work in my son's room and we are going from 3 guests to 1!..... on the other hand, if you really need to stay with 3, it is possible, it's just that it will be much less comfortable! NB: Read the "house manual" and the entire description carefully please (I spent some time on it so you don't have any surprises!) Guest access All the rooms in the apartment except my bedroom! Other things to note Be careful not to slam the heavy wooden door at the building entrance! We live in an old apartment, with wooden floors, too! I would be grateful if you could think of my neighbors by paying attention to your steps: do not stomp your feet and above all, do not run (this is the reason why I refuse small children, who do not always understand this prohibition!). There are 3 parks nearby to spend your time! In the same vein, I would be grateful if you would not speak loudly after 10 p.m., like screaming until 3 a.m. (because I've experienced it!).
