WIFI workspace The space The property is a privately gated and secure ground-floor residence offering three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six guests across 110 square metres of beautifully designed living space. Wooden floors run throughout, and the apartment is thoughtfully laid out around a central hallway, creating a balanced and spacious feel. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and a private en-suite shower room. The second bedroom includes a double bed, desk, dressing table, and office chair, ideal for guests who may need a workspace. The third bedroom also offers a double bed and TV. A fourth room is reserved for personal storage and is not accessible to guests. The large lounge opens directly onto a peaceful garden set within a secluded courtyard for residents use only — a tranquil retreat remarkably close to the city. The living area includes a large smart TV, stereo system, high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi, and a dining table that seats up to six. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, blender, and dining table for six, all complemented by stylish mood lighting.
