Wooden floors run throughout, and the apartment is thoughtfully laid out around a central hallway, creating a balanced and spacious feel. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and a private en-suite shower room. The second bedroom includes a double bed, desk, dressing table, and office chair, ideal for guests who may need a workspace. The third bedroom also offers a double bed and TV. A fourth room is reserved for personal storage and is not accessible to guests. The large lounge opens directly onto a peaceful garden set within a secluded courtyard for residents use only — a tranquil retreat remarkably close to the city. The living area includes a large smart TV, stereo system, high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi, and a dining table that seats up to six. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, blender, and dining table for six, all complemented by stylish mood lighting. The main bathroom features a bath with shower attachment, toilet, sink, and mood lighting, in addition to the en-suite in the master bedroom.
