We live in a beautiful home with near to shops and public amenities ( just a short walk to Shopping Center, Public Transport (bus station, Tram & Train). Just a Short distance of Preston Asian Market, Leisure, park & more). Note: Room is max 2 Adults & price is per room. If you have group of 3 people or 4 people check on our lists if those rooms available for book second room. The space I really enjoyed living in this home so far, it has beautiful front garden and big backyard. It has lovely fragrant from natures grass and roses Specially on roses session! Each rooms are have uniques beautiful view.. You will always find yummy local foods of different restaurants of different countries. Preston market open weekend, I often find cheap fresh local fruits and vegetables in this market. I always enjoyed shop in this market, it has live music, coffee, foods, Fresh fruits and veggies - Australian grown. Guest access Main door and back door but key to access is only front door (main door). Bathroom, toilet, kitchen, laundry area and dinner area, free wifi, hot water, cold water, air conditioner, heater and climate change system! Rooms are with queen beds, mattresses, bed cover sheets, Pillow, and Wardrobes. Note: guest stay more then 1 month need to have your own quilt, quilt cover, Pillow and Pillow cover.
