An option to rent the entire lodge is possible and is subject to availability. Room Details * Equipped with window type air conditioning units. * Minimalist modern interior. * It is a two (2) level structure consisting of two spacious rooms with private, functional, and sizable bathrooms. * Level one (1) has one queen size bed and double size bed. * Level two (2) has one queen size bed and one double size 'mattress' * A wicker basket is provided in each room for additional storage purposes. The space This house stands right on the beach. It is a one level structure with one bedroom, one bathroom, refrigerator, cable tv, kitchen, living room and a balcony. This house fits seven persons or more. Just need to inform us if there are extra persons coming so we can arrange the mattress, sheets and towels. The published rates you see is good for the whole house for one night. The room is equipped with split type air conditioning and has its own spacious and comfortable restrooms. You can also cook and chill at the balcony. The beach can be viewed right before your doorstep. Few meters away is the Cloud 9 surfing area and a little walk from the famously known Boardwalk. This is also accessible to restaurants, bars, sari sari stores and food establishments. A short habal habal (motorcycle) ride going to the pier is what you need to get a boat ride and go island hopping to Guyam, Daku and Naked Island. There are motorbikes and surfboards for rent in the nearby houses. You will definitely enjoy this place if you are there to relax and experience adventures as well. Guest access You can access the house through the front door. You can also use the space outside going to the beach. Other things to note FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1.) If we arrive early on the island, would it be possible to have an early check-in? A: Yes, the earliest possible time we can give is at 11 am and will also depend on room availability. 2.) Do you provide transportation? A: We have a van for pick up and drop off. The rate is php 1,500 per trip. 3.) Do you provide room cleaning? A: Yes, per cleaning has corresponding charges of php 600 for Payag Level 1 and 2 and php 1,000 for Payag ni Juan. ( Cleaning fee will only be "one time charge", there will be charges on cleaning fee upon request). 4.) Do you serve breakfast? A: We do not cater breakfast for now, but we are accessible to a lot of restaurants in the area. 5.) Do you provide drinking water in the room? A: We do not provide drinking water in the rooms at this moment. Reminders: * Stained sheets, towels and blankets will have corresponding charges of Php500. * There will be an extra charge upon request for changes of sheets, blankets and towels.
