A loft in an old park in the elegant, residential area of Solln. Last floor of 2, only stairs. Train to center/ Oktoberfest is 15min, or drive to center 10km. S-Bahn (train) is very efficient and rapid. A pure piece of Bavarian culture, the Jazzbiergarten Waldwirtschaft, is in 10 walking min distance. I might be in the flat some times, but you have separate shower and toilet. Experienced host since 2013, so if you need advice I will be there for you. Enjoy! The space You have public transportation in 7min walk, the fast train S7. The river Isar and the pure Bavarian, authentic beer garden Wawi (Waldwirtschaft) is in 10min walk. You can rent a bike and explore the beautiful nature around, Fürstenried park with wild hogs, all Isar valley is charming. There is a supermarket nearby, but I recommend the little shops at Solln marketplace, selling mostly organic food , self manufactured. You will appreciate after a long sightseeing or loud Oktoberfest evening, how good it is to sleep in an area where the only sound you sometimes hear is birds singing. Guest access You have a private shower and separate toilet (ours is near our bedroom, so 100% privacy guaranteed). Nespresso coffee machine at your disposal. Parking outside the building is available and free of charge. During your stay I am available per mobile phone anytime, and some times I will be in the flat. If you want to socialize I 'm in :) but I respect as well if you prefer privacy.
