The TYASHA (Standard Cluster) is one of the comfortable accomodation at Yogyakarta. Located in the best way goes to the new "Yogyakarta International Airport", and surrounded by some well-known University such as Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Universitas Alma Ata, Universitas BSI Yogyakarta and so on. Our hospitality is more than service, The TYASHA will welcome and accompany you as your friend during your visit at Yogyakarta. Rumah terdiri dari 2 lantai. The space The Tyasha is a complex with 5 mini/ cluster homes. Each cluster has 2 floors (the 1st floor has a kitchen, living room and bathroom and the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms) The Tyasha has 3 standard clusters and only differences in furniture in the living room. Standard cluster facilities/2bedrooom home: - Main Room (queensize mattress & AC) - Second room (queensize mattress & AC - Kitchen (Dinnerware, dispenser, gallons, stove, pots, & teflon by request) - Family room (TV) - Bathroom (shower) - Wifi Other things to note Note: 1.The number of guests for 1 cluster is up to 4 guests. Maximum occupancy per cluster is 04 Persons (Adult). The next person will be get the Extra Person Charge based on Hotel regulation. Free charge only 1 child under 8 years old. 2. Reservations for family and group of friends. And a reservation with a group of friends with the criteria of all males or all females We accept reservations for family and friend group. But in friend group reservation, strictly with the criteria are all male or all female 3. Check In : after 2 pm Check Out: before 11 AM 4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to charges and if clusters are available 5. Does not provide towels 6. The rooms of each house are the same but different for the living room section depending on the available cluster 7. Sorry no generator (in case of outage) 8. Can request extrabed 9. DP by 50% and due at check-in (Non-refundable) - booking via wa 10. Pets not allowed 11. No smoking in the cluster, partying, using drugs, alcohol, and dishonorable actions outside of marriage 12.
