The space The apartment is a ground floor apartment / half a level down that has been completely refurbished and equipped with all the modernities needed. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and floor heating. 160 cm comfortable bed for two people. Fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful private outdoor terrace for you to BBQ and relax during the summer months. The two large windows in the kitchen, that are facing the street where cars and people move, has got mirrored glass to provides you with privacy. Instead of using keys this place have a smart code lock system as well as an alarm system for a smooth check in and out. Guest access One bedroom apartment, fully equipped and everything available for your use. During summer the private terrace becomes green and beautiful, with sunshine during the day (11am-4pm) and evening (6pm-9pm). Feel free to use the electric BBQ and just relax!
