Studio on the 3rd floor, very bright and with beautiful views just a short walk from Levante beach, it has a living room with 2 beds, a double sofa bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Overlooking the avenue Mediterraneo, you can see a bit of the sea that is 80m away. The space ideal for 2 and comfortable for 4 Guest access Swimming pool (open seasonally and with daytime hours) and community parking (especially during peak season is NOT guaranteed) Other things to note Parking space is not guaranteed, especially during peak season Adhere to pool hours and clothing Community pool open seasonally and with schedules. DO not leave trash on the floor, there is landfill in the hallway and recycling on the street. Clothes can be hanging in the ropes located on the north facade but we are not responsible for possible theft, there is a clothesline on the floor.
