There is a private driveway uphill 30 meters long to reach the house from the driveway gate and the beach is 300m away, even slightly uphill, from street level and from the shops that you have to walk. The parapet that surrounds the garden is about 50cm high and it is absolutely forbidden to walk, run and jump on this: the garden below is 2 meters further down. Children must be carefully monitored !! ******************************* ❺Separate waste collection is very important - displayed in calendar days. Please take care of the apartment and furniture as if they were your own.
