Studio within walking distance of the city center

Spacious studio for up to two people in a cozy house adjacent to the city center. A made-up double bed invites you to relax and unwind after a wonderful day of enjoying Eindhoven. You can relax in the cozy sitting area with TV and Wi-Fi. A neat bathroom with separate toilet on the ground floor is available for you. In addition, you can use the kitchen in consultation and enjoy the rural garden that makes you forget that you are right in the center. The space You enter the house through the front door, which the hostess also uses. Through the living room, you can enter the rest of the house. The studio is located at the front of the house on the first floor. The room is lockable with a key. On the ground floor is the hostess' living room, equipped with a kitchen that can be used in consultation. In addition, there is a toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom for guests. Bathrobes and slippers are also available in the studio. Guest access The house is entered through the front door which the hostess also uses. There is also usually enough paid parking in front of the door. (Since June 2025, a regulation has been in effect throughout the entire Eindhoven ring road: paid parking from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.!) During your stay During your stay, there will be times when the hostess is at home, but of course you can go your own way and make contact when needed. Other things to note No smoking in the room, but in bad weather, you can smoke in the kitchen.
