Townhouse in Tucson
Description
Welcome to our unique 1880's condo/casita in a 4-unit complex in Tucson's oldest neighborhood—El Presidio. Guests enjoy saguaro-ribbed ceilings, thick mud adobe walls, a private patio and an interior decorated in tasteful Southwest Modern style. This historic urban gem is within walking distance to Downtown, restaurants, bars, shops, and museums. You'll also find easy access to beautiful hiking and biking trails as well as the University of Arizona. The space Casita Arbol de la Vida is bigger than a studio, but diminutive in size. There are three rooms--bedroom with fireplace and desk, kitchen with dining area and reading area, and a generously sized bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower. The casita feels larger than this because of the private patio and communal areas available for use. There is no washer/dryer onsite so plan accordingly. Guest access Please use designated parking spot #407. There is another free space available for use. Please inquire before checking in.
