The space Our fully renovated apartment for 5 people is located in the nice residence of Les Lupins, at the foot of the slopes, in the heart of the Eyne 2600 family resort (1740m above sea level) in Cerdagne (Pyrénées Orientales). You will be welcomed on the 2nd floor (no lift) by the owner and will enter a cosy and comfortable mountain apartment. Immediately to your right you will find the sleeping area: - a discreet cabin area with 3 bunk beds, each with its own light, - a very bright double bedroom with a 2-seater bamboo bed and a 3-door oak wardrobe. This room has a small (closed) laundry room equipped with a sink with its new cabinet and washing machine. Blankets and duvet (for double bed) will be provided free of charge. Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is available at an additional cost (€ 40 for sheets, € 20 for towels and tea towels, € 15 "made beds" option - to be paid to the owner upon entering the accommodation) The bathroom which adjoins the sleeping area has a large walk-in shower, a sink with storage unit and a toilet. A small hallway leads you into a bright living room which offers a superb view of the forest and the slopes. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa, furnished with a blond elm wardrobe offering plenty of storage space. The living room opens onto a new kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. In the many cupboards you will find enough cookware and crockery for 7 people. The French window of the large bay window allows you to reach the beautiful sunny terrace facing the forest, at the foot of the ski slopes. You can have a refreshing lunch (or an "apero" at sunset) thanks to its table, a bench, 2 storage chests. A clothes line is also present. On the ground floor you will benefit from an individual secure ski storage room which gives you direct access to the ski area by a gently sloping path. Forget your car at the foot of the residence in the large free public car park, as in the immediate vicinity you will find ski rental companies and sellers, as well as other shops (grocery store, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Two charging stations for electric cars are also available.
